Fingerprints $20 (Note: All state fees are paid to the state)
BSIS Mandatory Courses Class Fee: $10.00 per / hr.
BSIS Elective Courses Class Fee: $10.00 per / hr.

Baton Class Fee: $150.00 (Includes Baton Card)
Bring the Following:

Firearms Permit (Live Scan Required) Class Fee: $150.00* + State Fee: $80.00
Firearms Requalification Class Fee: $45.00* + State Fee: $98.00
For renewal after 4th requal
Bring the following:

  1. Picture ID
  2. Guard Card
  3. US Birth Certificate, US Passport, DD-214, or any documentation from INS showing legal residency
  4. Enough cash for extra targets or ammunition if you need them
