PAYMENTS
Payments made online are collected by PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay. If you have trouble paying online, you can walk-in the day of the class and pay in person. We no longer have a class capacity limit for the CCW classes, everyone is welcomed to attend as long as they arrive on time. You can pay with cash, debit or credit. For those paying online, you should receive an emailed receipt from PayPal. YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING ANY EMAILS OR REMINDERS FROM PSI OR THE RANGE. The name and date from your payment will be recorded to a class roster.
If you used a different name or paid for someone else, no need to call us. During your class check-in show us your receipt or tell us the name used for your class payment. The name used for the payment is recorded on the class roster. This also applies to those who paid for multiple people in a single transaction. We recommend all parties check in together, reservations for the class have been added to the person who paid under their name. During your class we will be collecting your legal name and any information needed for your training certificate from the Gun Info Page.

PLEASE READ THE PROVIDED MATERIAL TO SATISFY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA’S ADDITIONAL TRAINING HOURS REQUIREMENT. BE PREPARED TO REVIEW AND COMPLETE A WRITTEN TEST AT OUR LOCATION WHILE ATTENDING YOUR IN-PERSON CCW CLASS.
The In-Person Exam Is A 33 Question Multiple Choice. The Exam Will Take Place During Your In Person Class. NO ONLINE EXAM.
Our CCW Course Is Currently Approved With The Following Counties/Cities
Fresno County, Fresno City, Tulare County, Kings County, Madera County, Merced County, And Coalinga PD.
The in person class is 4 hours only. The reading material will give you an additional 4 hour training credit after completing the in person exam.
The shooting test will be at 3, 5 and 7 yards. The instructor will review the target and the course of fire during your class. All firearms listed must be shot, NO EXCEPTIONS. All firearms must be registered to you. The shooting test will be 50 rounds for a combined total. For example if you have 2 firearms, you will split the rounds, and shoot 25 rounds per firearm.
Married couples can no longer share the same firearm on their CCW Permit. If you need assistance transferring a firearm to your spouse contact The Range Pistol Club (559) 277-9800.
During the shooting test, instructors will accommodate a total of 5 firearms. If you have more then 5 firearms you will need to schedule a separate shooting test with the instructor and pay an additional fee of $20 dollars.
