UNARMED, LESS LETHAL DEFENSE
We’re proud to announce the upcoming launch of our Women’s Self Defense Course, arriving at the end of May. This course has been carefully designed to provide practical, real-world skills that go far beyond theory—giving you the tools to recognize danger, respond effectively, and take control of your personal safety.
In today’s world, situational awareness and the ability to act decisively are more important than ever. This course focuses on building those abilities through structured instruction and guided, hands-on training in a safe and supportive environment.
What You’ll Learn:
- Effective defensive techniques designed for practical application—not just theory
- A clear understanding of liability and the legal use of force
- Less lethal self-defense options, including when and how to use them responsibly
Our goal is not just to teach techniques—but to help you develop confidence, awareness, and the mindset needed to protect yourself and those around you. Whether you’re completely new to self-defense or looking to expand your knowledge, this course is built to meet you where you are and help you grow. Launching Late May. For women, by women.
“Anyone can likely become the victim of physical violence and they are often found in situations that might encourage this. For example, going for a walk or run in the evening, leaving work or a store in a sketchy part of town, or real estate agents who might have to show houses on their own. Fearing for your safety is a common trend nowadays for individuals of all ages.
- Unarmed Defense (Protecting yourself from an attacker when you are unarmed using strikes, blocks, and kicks)
- Less Lethal Defense (Such as Pepper Spray, Sun Gun, or Taser)
This Self-Defense class is taught by Briana and Karissa.
