New Location For Tulare County Residents

The guidelines for Assembly Bill 229 require Powers to Arrest to be taught in an in-person, instructor led, traditional classroom setting. This means BSIS will no longer accept online training after July 1st, 2023.

Classes in the Visalia Training site location will be offered on Monday’s 9AM-5PM. The first class for Powers To Arrest will take place on June 19th, 2023. If you would like to attend a class or know anyone who is interested in obtaining their California BSIS Guard Card license. Other classes offered at this training site will be BSIS Mandatories and Electives.
